Support and Webinars

We are with you all the way. Each Fac2Face partner club has an account manager for ongoing coaching and support, plus you can call and speak to one of our call centre team for general software advice from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. 6 days a week, with 24/7 emergency back up.

Other support is readily available including:

  • Monthly webinar series on retention, marketing, sales and the latest in fitness and nutrition
  • On-site training and support scheduled quarterly where applicable
  • Annual training and awards retreat in Salt Lake City, Utah.
  • Workshops and seminars coinciding with key fitness industry events worldwide including IHRSA, FILEX, Fitness Brazil and Can Fit Pro.
  • On-line coaching and data analysis
  • Private web based training available on request.
